Scope of Data Processing

We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data regularly takes place only with the consent of the user. This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers.

  • Data Processing Agreement: There is no separate data processing agreement, as Fitting-Solutions.at operates the website on behalf.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request

The Brevo forms are embedded via an iFrame that is only activated after your cookie consent. This ensures that no data is transferred to Brevo before you have consented.

No Brevo cookies are set on our main domain (kinderland-moldova.com). All Brevo-specific cookies are exclusively set on the Brevo subdomain (sibforms.com) when you use the registration form.

Performance Measurement

Our newsletter contains so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such emails to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows us to statistically evaluate the success of our newsletter campaigns.

Retention Period

Data is stored as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, your data will be deleted from Brevo unless other legal retention obligations exist.

The email address for documenting the double opt-in is retained for 3 years after unsubscription to prove lawful registration.

Data Transfer

Brevo stores and processes data on servers in the European Union (France). There is no data transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Brevo in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email at office@kinderland-moldova.com.

After unsubscription, your email address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list.


7. GOOGLE FONTS (LOCALLY HOSTEd)

This website uses Google Fonts for uniform display of fonts. Google Fonts are hosted locally on our server (via the OMGF Pro plugin).

No data is transferred to Google servers. Your browser does not establish a connection to Google servers. This means your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
